The next band to perform in the HD Radio Sound Space at KROQ will be Cold War Kids on Thursday, March 30th, hosted by KROQ’s Kat Corbett. Cold War Kids is an American indie rock band from Long Beach, California. Band members are Nathan Willett (vocals, piano, guitar, keyboards, percussion), Dann Gallucci (guitar, percussion, melodica, keyboards), Matt Maust (bass guitar), Joe Plummer (drums, percussion) and Matthew Schwartz (keyboards, piano, guitar, percussion, vocals). The band’s new album L.A. Divine is set for release April 7th via Capitol Records.

NCAA March Madness Music Festival

Even if your favorite team is no longer part of the March Madness tournament, there’s still a pretty solid reason to get excited for the Final Four of the 2017 NCAA men’s basketball tournament: The March Madness Music Festival lineup is stacked.  The Chainsmokers, Keith Urban and Aerosmith are just a few of the huge names taking part in the three-day fest, with performances from March 31 through April 2. The festivities will take place at Margaret T. Hance park in Phoenix, in line with the location of the Final Four and championship games.  Also on the bill for the weekend are Blink-182, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Grouplove, Capital Cities, Leon Bridges and Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats. Each night of the festival will feature a different sponsor, with the AT&T Block Party kicking things off March 31, Coca-Cola Music on April 1, and Capital One JamFest on April 2. Select shows will be live-streamed on NCAA.com, BleacherReport.com, the official NCAA YouTube channel, and of course – LiveList.
