Rototom Sunsplash is a large European reggae festival that takes place every summer at Benicassim, a few miles north of Valencia in Spain. The festival imitates the traditional Jamaican Reggae Sunsplash, and since 1994, calls from various European countries thousands of reggae passionated people, thanks to concerts of international musicians, often many Jamaicans. This year’s festival features a full week of music, culture, peace, unity and alternative lifestyles. Big Head Todd and the Monsters are a rock band that formed in 1984 in Colorado. Since then, the band has released a number of albums, with their 1993 album Sister Sweetly going platinum in the United States. This weekend, you can catch the band live from the beautiful sandy oceanfront of Hermosa Beach as Saint Rocke and Subaru Pacific bring Big Head Todd and the Monsters to the Hermosa Beach Summer Concert Series.  For those not able to be on the sand, Studio 637 and LiveList are bringing the beach to you!
